Come out to Country Park in Greensboro on September 9th for the maCares Tribute 5K Run/ 2.5K Walk.  The time 5K starts at 9:00 am and costs $30, and the 2.5K walk starts at 9:05 and costs $25.  Sign up at www.macares.org.
