The Elton/Miley collaboration will come two days before Sir Elton is recognized with Elton John: I’m Still Standing—A GRAMMY Salute. He and songwriting partner Bernie Taupin will be honored at the Recording Academy event for decades of unforgettable music.
Last week the GRAMMYs announced that Logic, Khalid, and Alessia Cara will come together for a powerful performance of their song "1-800-273-8255." They will be joined on stage by a group of suicide attempt and loss survivors to deliver an important message.
Additional performances by P!nk, Lady Gaga, Cardi B, Luis Fonsi & Daddy Yankee, Little Big Town, SZA, and Childish Gambino have already been announced. In addition, Patti LuPone will join with Ben Platt for a special tribute to the music of Broadway during the program.
James Corden of the Late Late Show will host the televised ceremony.
The 2018 GRAMMY Awards will broadcast live from New York City's Madison Square Garden at 7:30 PM ET on CBS Sunday, January 28.
